Atland Ventures

Atland Ventures is a student-run venture capital firm affiliated with the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. The firm focuses on investing in early-stage, technology-enabled startups that are solving problems relevant to Generation Z. Atland Ventures aims to provide students with real-world experience in venture capital, covering investment analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management. They leverage the expertise of experienced venture capitalists, University of Minnesota alumni, and faculty. The firm's strategy centers on tech-based companies targeting Gen Z, with an emphasis on early-stage ventures possessing a validated product-market fit and a unique advantage. They also facilitate founder access to their network within the Twin Cities ecosystem. In 2019, Atland Fund I successfully raised over $1,000,000 from various investors.
