Battle Born Venture

Battle Born Growth Escalator backs Nevada startups with growth equity to help them scale. Established in 2013, the program is funded under SSBCI and invests in high-potential Nevada companies. It co-invests with corporate and venture partners and targets Nevada startups with recurring revenue across aerospace & defense, agriculture, energy, healthcare, IT, logistics & operations, manufacturing, mining, tourism & gaming, and water. Investment sizes range from $200k to $20m, up to $1m per company over time, and it does not lead rounds. Exclusions include gambling, alcohol, cannabis, firearms, real estate, investment firms, and lenders; spun-out university ventures and deep-tech with SBIR/STTR may qualify.
